PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TWINR GENTLEMEN CLUB MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM CAREFULLY.
 BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.
 IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS DETAILED HEREWITH, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM.
 
 These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to your access to and your participation in the TW Gentlemen Club Membership program (the "TwINR" or the "TwINR program") operated by ANT Enterprises (refer to as “ANT” herewith). 
These Terms and Conditions do not alter in any way the terms and conditions of any other agreement you may have with ANT for products, services, or otherwise. 
By submitting any information asked by ANT in relation with TwINR program or by using either your membership account to receive and redeem benefits of the Loyalty Program, including, without limitation, Loyalty Program Points, you agree that:

• You have read and accepted these Program Rules, and you have read and accepted the Website Terms of Use which are incorporated by reference herein; and
• You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by ANT, TwINR Program, Participating Partners Programs, and their authorized third-party agents and licensees in accordance with ANT's Privacy Statement.

All Loyalty Program benefits, amenities, offers, awards, and services are subject to availability and may be changed by ANT at any time without notice. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.tailorwear.in, and due to such changes or modifications your rights will be waived which you might be entitled to receive as per any older communication. 
ANT, at its sole discretion, may choose to substitute a similar loyalty program at any time, immediately upon notice to active members. 
If the TwINR program is terminated, all unredeemed Points will be forfeited without any obligation or liability, and no Redemption Award claims or promotional Award claims will be honored after the conclusion of the notice period.
These Program Rules supersede all previous terms and conditions applicable to the Legacy Programs or Loyalty Programs. 
Except as otherwise expressly prohibited or limited by applicable laws, ANT may at any time amend, modify or supplement these program rules, the structure for earning TwINR or levels at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Points or Miles, or the ability to obtain certain benefits. 
TwINR members are responsible for remaining knowledgeable of the Program Rules and any Program Rule Changes. Your continued participation in the Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of any such Program Rule Changes.
Your participation in TwINR confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms and Conditions and applicable policies from time to time to understand the Terms and conditions that apply to TwINR. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in TwINR.
 TwINR is not targeted towards nor intended for use by anyone under 18 years.
 TwINR is a gesture that ANT shows to thank its loyal clients for patronizing TailorWear products & services in India. It is not a promise or contractual agreement of any kind with anyone, including the person benefiting from the program.
 

1. 1: TW Gentlemen Club Membership Program

 

1. a: TwINR is an individual-level program, the benefits of which will accrue to the individual member only & not to anyone else.
2. b: TwINR membership is not a corporate card/corporate membership.
3. c: TwINR is a non-transferable program.
4. d: An eligible client enrolled in the TW Gentlemen Club Membership program is referred to as “MEMBER” herewith.
5. e: “NEW CLIENT” is defined as that who has not purchased anything from TailorWear or ANT in the past.
6. f: TwINR program members cannot club their program benefits with other individual or corporate incentive programs from ANT.
7. g: No two offers or discounts can be clubbed together unless specified otherwise and approved by ANT.
8. h: Benefits and offers available through the Program Partners may change or be withdrawn without prior intimation. ANT will not be responsible for any liability arising from such situations. ANT will also not be held responsible for any liability arising from the use of such offers. 

 

1. 2: Earning Reward Points or TwINR

 

1. a: The invoice date is when the TwINR points get credited.
2. b: TwINR points will be calculated & credited on the “Invoice amount minus GST” called “Applicable  Amount” herewith.
3. c: As of today, the formula to calculate TwINR points is the following:
4. d: A member can shop at TailorWear and earn 0.5 TwINR points for every INR500 (net of GST) purchase. 0.5TwINR is the lowest denomination of TwINR.
5. For Example:
   1. Shop for the Applicable Amount of INR3500 & earn TwINR 3.5
   2. Shop for Applicable Amount of INR4000 & earn TwINR 4.00
6. e: ANT reserves the right to change the formula at its discretion at any time.
7. f: TwINR points can be earned in four ways:
8.     Self-Shopping: Explained in clause 2c.
9.     Referring to a new client: While the referred new client earns his TwINR points as explained in  clause 2c, the referring member earns half the TwINR points the new client referred by him has earned. 
10.     For Example: 
11.    Referred New Client shops for INR 5000 (net of GST) and earns 5TwINR. The referring member earns  2.5TwINR.
12.     Post 10 comments on our different Instagram/Facebook posts: A member needs to follow any or both the official accounts of TailorWear on Instagram and Facebook and then comment on at least any 10 posts (current or past) on any of the two social media (that he follows) to become eligible for 1 TWNR.
13.    DoGood TwINR: Please keep looking for this space and our communication to you for this mode of earning TwINR.
14. g: ANT reserves the right to change the method of calculation of TwINR point accrual on the purchases at any point to reflect changing market conditions without any notice.
15. h: TwINR points cannot be earned through TwINR points usage or the use of Credit Notes, Gift Voucher/Gift Card, and Discount Values.
16. i: TwINR points cannot be earned on discounted merchandise.

 

1. 3: TwINR Redemption

 

1. a: TwINR points can be redeemed only by an eligible member.
2. b: TwINR is a depreciating point system with well-defined timelines. The value of TwINR points gets reduced by 25% every quarter. Existing TwINRs lapse or attain zero value in the fifth quarter from the date of purchase. Illustration: Date of Purchase: 01/02/2022; Shopping for the Applicable Amount: INR11000; TwINR Earned: 8. TwINR value as on 02/05/2022: 6 (75% of 8); TwINR value on 02/08/2022: 4 (50% of 8); TwINR value on 02/11/22: 2 (25% of 8); TwINR value on 02/02/23: 0.
3. However, the member can buy a shirt (minimum purchase value product, as of date) every quarter to halt the depreciation.
4. c: The maximum monetary value of each accumulated TwINR is INR100. However, at the time of redemption, the TwINR value will be calculated after accounting for its depreciation, if applicable. 
5. d: TwINR points and other rewards and privileges are not redeemable for cash. They are not transferable.
6. e: No discount of any type can be availed of when TwINR points are being used/redeemed.
7. f: TW Gentlemen Club Membership is valid for two years from the date of enrolment/upgrade/renewal as reflected in the ANT system.
8. g: TwINR points should be redeemed within the current TW Gentlemen Club Membership period, after which TwINR points will automatically lapse.
9. h: Once TwINR points are redeemed or lapsed, they cannot be reinstated, under any circumstances.
   
   
10. 4: Miscellaneous

 

1. a: Employees of ANT and their immediate families are not eligible for TW Gentlemen Club Membership.
2. b: ANT reserves the right to refuse TW Gentlemen Club Membership to an applicant without assigning any reason whatsoever.
3. c: Without any notice to the member, ANT reserves the right to suspend any TwINR membership and/or terminate the member’s account and/or his participation in the program if ANT determines in its sole discretion that the member has violated these Terms & Conditions, the member has more than one (1) account, or that the use of the member’s account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
4. d: ANT may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. If the member’s participation in TwINR membership is terminated, all his accumulated TwINRs will stand void without any negotiation or discussion. ANT is not bound to issue any clarification on this.
5. e: Without any notice to the member, ANT also reserves the right to unregister and make ineligible for the TwINR program or account that has been inactive for a year. Inactive is defined as no TwINR earned. If a member’s account is unregistered or rendered inactive, then all accumulated TwINR in that account stand void.
6. f: ANT reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the TW Gentlemen Club Membership program at any time and, at its sole discretion without notice to you.
7. g: There are no membership fees associated with TW Gentlemen Club Membership Programs. TwINR accumulated under the program has no cash value and can’t be exchanged for cash.
8. h: ANT may introduce promotion programs relating to the TwINR program whereby these Terms and Conditions may be varied as applicable to such programs. Member’s TwINR points, benefits, the account are personal to him, and except expressly permitted under these Terms and Conditions or the rules of a promotional program, may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to, or shared with family, friends, or others.
9. i: No claims of whatsoever nature arising out of the TwINR program shall be entertained by ANT.
10. j: ANT will not be responsible for any loss of Rewards or TwINR points due to loss or misuse of the details by the member.
11. k: Member is solely responsible to check his TwINR balance and credits. No request for retrospective credit of TwINR points will be entertained unless otherwise specified.
12. l: All disputes in connection with the TwINR program be governed and construed under Indian laws and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Competent Courts at Mumbai only.
