We, under our brand TailorWear, make customized clothing for our customers.  Though the shipping time depends on the design complications, we take about ten days to make your standard custom shirts, suits, or trousers.  If you have ordered a fabric that is either imported or is not in stock, we take 21 days to ship your order depending upon its availability.  If you've ordered multiple shirts/trousers/suits/jackets, we first make one piece of each category and send it to you in ten days. Once you've confirmed your satisfaction with the fit, we process the rest of the order. Though we try our best to have your custom clothes delivered to you at the specified time, there may be cases when it is difficult to ship your clothes in the stipulated time. It could be due to unavailability of fabric, our factories running over capacity, problems with the shipping company or any other reason. In such cases, our Customer Care team will keep you posted and assist you with the best possible alternatives. We will refund your money if you're unhappy with the alternative options. We shall update you with the status of your order via email and SMS when your clothes are ready and shipped out.
International Shipping
If your order requires us to ship the goods outside of India, you are responsible for paying all the applicable duties and taxes. You are also responsible for providing your country's customs agency with any required paperwork.  We are unable to assist you with the process. We can, however, provide you with any receipts that may be required to help get your order through customs. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of duties owing as this amount can change at any time without notice. You can contact your local government customs agency office to get the estimates for the duties owing and the applicable taxes when importing goods from India.  Some countries and territories have very high duties, taxes, or complicated paperwork resulting in us not being able to supply goods to those countries or territories. Payment of all duties and taxes outside of India is the customer's responsibility. Remake orders may also be subject to duties and taxes in your country. Customers frequently find the duties and taxes too high and are unwilling to pay the fee. If a customer refuses to pay the owing duties and taxes, we are unable to refund them due to the nature of custom made garments.
